Scope of Business 1.1 We specialize in industrial safety products and specialized railway commodities, catering primarily to large-scale enterprises across Canada and the USA. 1.2 All products comply with applicable standards, including FDA approval where required.

Ordering Process 2.1 Orders are fulfilled exclusively through email communication. 2.2 Pricing is provided upon inquiry and confirmed via formal quotation. 2.3 Payment must be made in the currency specified in the quotation (e.g., CAD or USD) as agreed between both parties.

Payment Terms 3.1 Payment terms will be outlined in the formal quotation. Failure to comply with the agreed payment terms may result in delays or cancellation of the order. 3.2 All prices are exclusive of applicable taxes and fees unless otherwise stated.

Shipping and Delivery 4.1 Shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and will not be included in the quoted price unless explicitly stated. 4.2 Risk of loss and title transfer to the customer upon the carrier's acceptance of the shipment. 4.3 Estimated delivery timelines will be communicated upon confirmation of the order.

Bulk Orders and Discounts 5.1 Bulk discounts are available and negotiated on a case-by-case basis. Details of the discount will be included in the formal quotation. 5.2 Large orders may require extended lead times, which will be communicated at the time of order placement.

Returns and Cancellations 6.1 Due to the specialized nature of our products, returns are subject to prior approval and may incur a restocking fee. 6.2 Orders may be canceled only before shipment, subject to any applicable charges outlined in the formal agreement.

Limitation of Liability 7.1 Our liability is limited to the replacement or repair of defective products or, at our discretion, a refund of the purchase price. 7.2 We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including but not limited to loss of profits or revenue.

Governing Law 8.1 These Terms of Sale shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Alberta, Canada. 8.2 Any disputes arising from these terms or our services will be resolved under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Alberta.
Modifications 9.1 We reserve the right to amend these Terms of Sale at any time. Customers will be notified of significant changes before they take effect.
